Media Ingest Portal

The Media Ingest Portal (MIP) is Paramount’s proprietary platform for the secure upload of media and ancillary assets.

Account Requests: Access is granted on an individual basis and must be requested through the Paramount Onboarding Team. Please note that accounts are linked to specific individual email addresses. Due to Two-Factor authentication we cannot create account for group email addresses or distribution lists.
Provisioning: Upon receipt of the authorized email addresses, the Technical Onboarding Team will provision the MIP account and establish a dedicated “shell” for initial test file delivery.

Test File Submission: The distributor is required to upload a test file to the designated shell.
Quality Control (QC): Following a successful QC assessment of the test asset, production shells for the final content will be generated.
Final Delivery: Once production shells are active, the distributor may proceed with uploading the actual content.

Timed Text: Captions, Subtitles
Images/Graphics: Dub cards, Episodic stills, Graphics Toolkit
Documentation: Scripts (Shooting, Production, Localization, or/and AD), Segment Rundowns, Music Cue Sheets, and Localization Report
