File Naming Convention
Please do not include spaces, apostrophes, colons or any such characters in the file names.
Also, please shorten long titles.
- Video file name example:
- (DSID)_(title)_(ep. number)_SubmissionMaster_(BCP-47 language code)
- Caption or subtitle file name example:
- (DSID)_(title)_(ep. number)_( BCP-47 language code)
- Full subtitles: subtitles containing a full set of dialogue. Please include “_Full” in filename.
- Forced Narrative subtitles: subtitles of only the on-screen text and foreign dialogue not covered by the audio track, or replacing the lower 3rd. Please include “_FN” in filename.
- Partial subtitles: subtitles of all spoken audio and on-screen text for international viewers, omitting any Forced Narratives (on-screen text and foreign dialogue not covered by the audio track and included in Forced Narrative file)
- Hard of Hearing: Original language or translation of all spoken audio, key sounds and visual elements for the hearing impaired
- For video files in 23.98 and 29.97 frame rates we must receive ENG HOH in the SCC format.
- For video files in 25 frame rate in ENG and in any other language we must receive HOH in the STL/TTML format

- (DSID)_(title)_(ep. number)_2CH_(BCP-47 language code)
- (DSID)_(title)_(ep. number)_6CH_(BCP-47 language code)
- Audio description:
